Permissions to see Mailbox Size in EMC
Hello guys!
I have one interesting question.
I granted Exchange view-only permission to one user.
So he can list all mailboxes in EMC. But there is a problem: he can not see mailboxes sizes there.
I can not put him into the Exchange Organization Administrators Group. Is there an opportunity to get this to work?
I can suppose there is something with AD permissions or Store permissions. Any ideas?

You can only get the mailbox size from the EMC. If you right-click on the account in the EMC and select properties, you'll see it under the General tab.
To get all of it at once, try this command in the EMS
get-mailboxstatistics -server servername -identity mailboxname | ft displayname, totalitemsize, lastlogontime
Try the below link out and see if it resolve your problem.

Hi Alexey,
Any updates?
Which version of Exchange 2007 do you use?
I test it in my lab(Exchange 2007 SP3 RU6) and Exchange view-only admin can see mailbox size there.
"right-click on the account in the EMC and select properties, you'll see it under the General tab. "
By the way, can you run the cmdlet Get-MailboxStatistics in EMS?
To run the Get-MailboxStatistics cmdlet, the account you use must be delegated the following:
Exchange View-Only Administrator role
Get-MailboxStatistics
