Hi Since yesterday I have 2 problems with my Exchang 2007. I cannot setup new Mailboxes in Outlook. It ends with error: This action cannot be completed. The name cannot be matched to a name in the address list. Then I tried to update the 'default offline addressbook', but it ends with: -------------------------------------------------------- Microsoft Exchange Error -------------------------------------------------------- Action 'Update' could not be performed on object 'Default Offline Address Book'. Default Offline Address Book Failed Error: Failed to generate the content of the offline address book '\Default Offline Address Book'. Two possible reasons for the failure are that the System Attendant Service is not running or you do not have permission to perform this operation. Error message : 'Catastrophic failure (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED))'. Catastrophic failure (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED)) I noticed that since this days I also cannot set Full permission to all mailboxes. This try ends with this error: Failed to commit the change on object "a139...." because access is denied. It was running command "Get-MailboxPermission -Identity xy. I googled for all of this errors and find out that a lot of peoples have this problems, but I still cannot solve it. Best regards Anacrusis
