This error seems to be related to permissioning.

1. Verify your configurations in Secure Store and Unattended account for PerormancePoint services under Central Administrator.

2. After that go to PerformancePoint service application and refresh through ribbon button.

3. Try again.

If you get an error for a web control, try creating a new dashboard page with one filter and see if it works.

I have checked the configuration of Secure Store and Unattended account for PPS under CA. It looks fine. I also verify the permission of this account, it has full permission of Cube.

Do you know what is wrong?

Does the content display properly in the Dashboard Designer? I am assuming it does, but just want to verify.

What authentication setting are you using on the data source?  Assuming Unattended Account based on the user name information being displayed in the error message.

When you try and run the dashboard page have you tried monitoring the connection information on the SSAS server running a Profiler Trace, just wante to eliminate that as an issue to verify the credentials being passed to the cube.

Hi Dan,

We use Unattended Account to authentication.

1. We can create a new dashboard, and it works.

2. We can see the web part if it just display scorecard. It works in the dashboard too as soon as we remove the link between the date filter and the scorecard. The problem is isolated with filters of type 'time intelligence connection formula'.

Thanks,

Ok, so a couple of things to look at.  Have you properly configured the Time settings on the Data Source you are using?

Configure data sources to work with Time Intelligence by using Dashboard Designer - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff701697.aspx

If that is okay then the next thing is to look at how you have these items connected.  If the date (time) is not part of the scorecard then map this to the Page in the scorecard and you should be okay.

If it is still not working then just need more details as to how you have this all configured and connected.

These dashboard are transferred from SharePoint 2007, and they works in SharePoint 2007.  Do I still need make some changes?

I would review the time setup on the data source and the connections between the objects.  The connection setup between objects has changed, so you will want to definitely review that to make sure that the properly endpoints are being referenced.

Hi Dan,

I have tried you suggestion, but the result is the same, even I created a new data source.
