PerformancePoint Services 2010: NON EMPTY

Hi All,

I am creating an analytical Grid ( Tabular Format) and when I filter the EMPTY ROWS and COLUMNS, I see that there is an NON EMPTY function attached to the query. When we are using large data sets "NonEmpty" is preferred over "NON EMPTY". When I use NonEmpty in SSAS database the query performance dramatically improves. Now how can I use NonEmpty in PerformancePoint Services.

Appreciate your quick response.

If you need to use the NonEmpty function that you need to define your sets or calculations that way in your model and then reference those in PPS.

Hi,

In Performance Point 2010 ,open the Designer Tab of the  Analytical Report and you will find the MDX query ,you can try by  adding the NONEMPTY function.

Let me know if it helped you
