hi,we have Three frontend and three two nodes Cluster , all are in Exchange 2003.OWA page is working fine, sometimes our Password Change page is not working it asking me the user name and password , when we entered it , page cannot displayed error comes, the we have to delete the web site from Inetmgr and restore the same from backup , after that it working fine and not asking me the password.if some one face the same issue please help me thanksjeevan singh

Hi Jeevan,Is there any specific FE where you face this issue or restore the backup to.Are the FEs in a NLB? hi,our all three frontend are behind the radware box , sometimes one of password change problem was happened on one server, rest of them working fine.

We need to know on which FE the issue occurs.And then need to check the IIS Logs for that FE.The best option to narrow down is to turn off the other 2 FE and then check. And then follow the same steps with other 2 FEs too.I know that it wont be possible during production hours but try to narrow that.Then check if that FE is updated or not.Harpreet Singh Khandiyal (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375)
