Hi,

No picture so we have to guess. Have you tried the building blocks page number galleries? Lots of choices to choose from. Anyway try to upload the picture.

Hi,

Please see this image:

We may need to create two text box to reach your goal. Steps:

  • Click Insert tab>Text box>Draw a vertical text box>Type the content>Click Page layout>Text Direction>Rotate all text 270
  • Click Insert tab>Text box>Draw a text box> Click quick parts> Filed> Page.

Hope it's helpful.

Hi,

Thank you for the answer. I still have some problems, since this is going to be a part of a thesis I would like to have the same textbox on every page. And just edit the text in the textbox. Is this possible?

Best regards

Hi,

If you take the steps George describes and place the textbox in your footer of your document you should be good to go.
