I am currently looking for a way to actually disable access to a pst file that is already connected to an outlook profile.. We have already disabled the creation, import/export, etc.. but this has no effect on the ones that were already connected to the profile.

Is there a way to block access to them?

We can only prevent users from creating new PST files and adding new content to existing PST files. There is no method to block access to already opened PST files in Outlook.
