Can someone from MS please tell us if the PST Capture Tool (agent) is supposed to run on Windows XP x86? The documentation is vague and nobody has come up with an answer yet. I would find it inexplicable if XP was not supported, but on the other hand my install cannot start the agent service. Thanks.

Hi Fergus The requirements dont specify Win XP but Windows 7. Hi, The PST Capture Tool agent is only supported on Windows 7 and not for Windows XP. The agent doesn't have to be installed on every computer. So if you a couple of Windows 7 machines then it will work.
