Favorite window continuously opens and closes at it's own randomness. Have run virus scans, chkdsk, and disk clean-up and found no viruses nor can Iget it to stop. Started after nephew was gaming for quite a long time. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You might have better luck getting an answer on this question if you posted it to a Windows forum such as one of the Vista forums. This forum is for Exchange Server discussions. Your issue sure sounds like spyware or adware. I would find a good anti-spyware tool like AdAware or something and run it several times.
