Hey All

We have 3x Public Folder Databases in our exchange environment, I have successfully migrated one of the public folder databases over and see all of your content.

My question is this:

Do I need to run the migration process for each database? or if I run it for one database will that migrate all Public Folder data over to 2013?

Hi Robert,

The key point here is to collect and migrate all public folders from PF databases. In most cases several PF databases just have replicas of the same Public Folders, so no need for processing each database specifically.

Enumerate all Public Folders you have in previous Exchange version, compare the list to the Public Folders you have migrated to Exchange 2013 using the most up to date source. If both lists match each other - you have migrated all necessary public folders and you don't need to process other PF data
