How many public folder servers do you have?

Can you see in OWA? Is it just this one user who cant see the items? Or other users in permissioned for the same PF have the same issue? Others folders are OK? Sukh

There are some historical items viewable in PFDAVAdmin that can't be seen in both OWA and Outlook. New items being mailed to the Public Folder are viewable in both OWA and Outlook. We're not using favourites to view - just the PF Tree.

We're not using favourites to view - just the PF Tree. Add to your favorites in Outlook and see if you can see them. I would also try to export the entire folder to a pst from Outlook and then open the pst. If they are corrupt, They wont be exmerged, but worth testing.

As a test, what if you export the items out from that PF folder and copy them to another new PF. Or just select the folder and copy it to another location in the PF hierachy. Have you tried to reapply the permission again using PFDAVAdmin. Sukh

Hello I have a Public Folder that has items showing in PFDAVAdmin within the items tab. The user I'm logging in as to view them in Outlook is an Owner on the Public Folder. However, I can't see the items in Outlook (2003, 2007 or 2010). Have tried repairing the roles, fixing folder DACLs etc., but no joy. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, IR8
