Hi,

I have a visualization error using OWA: the sender address is hidden by the shortcut button bar.

The Exchange version is 2013 but this behaviour appeared since installation of CU 8.

The error is shown in the screenshot below:

We tried with IE, Firefox and Chrome, with many users, always with same result.

Hi Germano,

Basic on your description, is it display the full name of sender instead of whole e-mail address?

It's normal, OWA will reflect the users name that is present in the AD of the environment. So if a user contains Name(Firstname + Lastname) as ABC XYZ, then in OWA it would be displayed as ABC XYZ. And in OWA the user wont have the option to change the username. However, you can change the view setting by click Settings on the top-right corner and select Display settings, figure as below:

By the way, Cumulative Update 9 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 was released on June 16, 2015. For your reference: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3049849

thank you for your answer, but the problem is "just" the OWA interface: the sender name is partially hidden by button bar (and if you have a small monitor, it's fully hidden...). I know it's not a blocking issue, but it appeared since CU was installed and previously it was ok.

after many test and retry I discovered that the issue is due to the single line view: this visualizaion  is back in Exchange 2013 CU6. Before installing the CU, there was the 2 line visualization.

I found a suggestion in the following forum: forum=exchange2010US/f2b4112a-243c-4b6f-af90-a477a4a3ba49/owa-2010-single-line-view-missing?forum=exchange2010

The initial request was my opposite! 

Now i just need to find a detailed content of CU6 with details of Owa update view.
