Hello I am having an issue that is a little purplexing. I am having a few users that can not delete certain messages from outlook web access. I am using exchange 2003 SP2 windows 2003. When a user tries to delete a message they get logged out of web access. When they go on to the next message they are still logged out so they have to log back in once they find another message like this the same thing happends.when they use outlook client (outlook 2003) they can view the message and delete the message. But not all my users have outtook on the desktop as not everyuser has a desktop computer of their own. Those that have desktops it is not an issue.Does anyone have any clues why this is happening.Michael

Hi, I suspect that something conflict with IE. Please try to logon OWA use another machine and to see whether email can be deleted normally. Besides, you can disable all add-on in IE. 1. Opened Internet Explorer>Tools > Manage Add-ons 2. Disable All Addons 3. Closed Internet Explorer, and open it up again. Meanwhile, please try to use antivirus software to check whether the email has been affected with virus. BTW, can you reproduce this issue? Any attachment in that email? Any dubious character in subject or email body? Please look at the event viewer (Note:run "eventvwr" from a command prompt) to see whether event has been logged when the issue happened.You may post here for further resarch. Best regards, Xiu
