We are mgirating Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. After I moved OAB generation process to Exchange 2007 server, outlook users no longer get OAB updated. When a new user is added, the username can be found from Outlook web access but can't be found on Outlook Address Book-Global Address list.Exchange 2007 is installed on Windows 2008 server.Can someone help? Hello,First run ExBPA at the E2k7 Server and confirm all the basic settings were correct. Do you get any error if you click on send and receive in outlook for E2k7 clients?Do you have public folder in E2k7? what is the outlook version? (2007 or 2003) if 2003 then they need public folder store.Enable the diagnostic loggin as Wang suggested and monitor the application log. This has been fixed by applying the hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;955733 . if you are not ready to apply sp2, then this one works.
