Hello,First run ExBPA at the E2k7 Server and confirm all the basic settings were correct. Do you get any error if you click on send and receive in outlook for E2k7 clients?Do you have public folder in E2k7? what is the outlook version? (2007 or 2003) if 2003 then they need public folder store.Enable the diagnostic loggin as Wang suggested and monitor the application log. You may want to restart the MSExchangeFDS service on CAS server and confirm the lzx files gets created properly. Arun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3

Can you increase diagnostic logging for OAL Generation to Expert, kick off an OAB build, and then post any warnings/errors from the event log?Active Directory, 4th Edition - www.briandesmond.com/ad4/

We have web access server and hub transport server that are in different boxes. Do I apply the RU9 or SP2 only on mail server or also in web access and hub transports servers? Do I have to apply to servers in order?

This has been fixed by applying the hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;955733 . if you are not ready to apply sp2, then this one works.
