Outlook stopped moving folders to quick link

Hey All

A little weird thing with outlook, a week ago my exchange server failed. after reboot all worked O.K. except...

We use the Right-Click the email object Move > Other Folder... to move emails to public folders.

The second time we move an email object there is a little "Move History" list under Move menu.

after the exchange issue, we are unable to use that history menu for some reason.

tried creating a new profile, mailbox, Change public folder permissions, use any outlook version.

any ideas???

thanks in advance.

Hi,

Based on the description, the issue is that you can't move emails to the folders by "Move History" after the Exchange issue. If it is so, please let me know if there is any error message.

In addition, have you tried dragging the emails to the folder directly by mouse?

You can switch to Outlook Online Mode to test if the problem persists, Outlook will then connect to the Exchange Server directly without using the local data file. This may help us determine whether it is local files or permissions related.
