Hi,

I have a strange issue where a signature is being inserted into email even though I have the options set to off and signature has been deleted. 

Any ideas ?

What's the type of email account you are using, Exchange, POP3 or IMAP?

Please access your account through Web-based access and check if the signature still be inserted itself. If yes, I think this is the behavior controlled by server. If no, please run Outlook in safe mode. ("Outlook.exe /safe") to check if there is any add-ins effects that.

We may also create a new email profile for further checking. Thanks.
