Outlook will show only in 3.99 GB in the status bar

After sometime Outlook will shown 200 MB in the status bar.

Again it shows "UPDATING Inbox (3.99 GB)".

It's Exchange Account.

I know this normal process; But I can't get new mails.

There is any solution for getting new emails.

Hi Pramod,

According to my research, the value shown in the status bar has an upper limit of 3.99 GB, so this problem occurs when the size of the folder being synchronized is above 4 GB.

To resolve the issue, we have several options:

• Do nothing
• Reduce the size of the folder contents
• Create a synchronization filter for large folders at or near 4 GB
