Here's my problem:

I reply to an email from my cell phone (we're using bluehost as our mail server).  When I view the reply in outlook's sent mail all the original message text is converted to an attachment (both htm and txt) and all you see is the text from the reply.  this makes it difficult to follow the string of emails from before.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I'm not using bluehost so can't reproduce the issue.

Please logon the webmail of your email account, is the email converted to an attachment there too? Or it only occurs on Outlook?

Please also check what format you the message was when you sent the message from your cell phone, html, RTF or Rich Text?
