Outlook scheduling
I have a question about scheduling in Exchange 2007. We recently migrated from a 2003 server to a 2007 server and now I am hearing that when people go to schedule an appt for a conference room and someone else goes to shcedule something else that overlaps their appt it does not give any kind of notification that there is a scheduling conflict. Is there something different I need to do to get these notifications?

Hi, I would like to know whether you have Resource Mailbox configured to accept/reject meeting request automatically. If I am right, I would like to explain that you need to configure the resource mailbox to deny conflict meeting request. You can use set-mailboxcalendarsettings with allowconflicts to control the setting.
