Here's a question...any ideas? I assign you a task running Outlook 2007 on Exchange 2003. You send me an update on the task…I constantly receive your update over and over and over and over and over again until you shut off your machine…not just close outlook…shut the machine off.

If their client is in cache mode, I would have them delete the .ost file and reopen Outlook and see if that fixes it

Hi Scraigc, Could you always reproduce the issue? Is there third party software installed on the client, such as antivirus software? You could disabled it and make a test. Please update the exchange and outlook for the latest update. Regards! Gavin
