Hi all,

Windows is installed using Chinese language and outlook also installed with Chinese. System locale also selected to Chinese. I need to change system locale to English due to some reason. But after that I can't open Outlook. Could anybody please give me a solution for this? Thanks.

Do you get any error message?

What Outlook and OS versions are you talking about?

Hi,

No errors messages but it is trying to install something and failed finally. I do not understand anything because all of them were with chinese characters.  OS is win 7 and Outlook 2010.

It seems Outlook is trying to install the language pack. Did you install the required language packs?

Anyway, the forum is for developers. I'd suggest asking non-programming questions on the Outlook IT Pro Discussions or Microsoft Community forums instead.
