Outlook not displaying the correct (mailto:) address as the sending user

Ok, I have a user running Outlook 2010 who, on occasion, will send an email to a vendor outside of the company. When someone replies, she notices that the original header information is incorrect in the fashion like below:

From: Jane Doe (Mail To: SomeOtherJaneDoe@contoso.com)

Both users are accounts in the system; however, they are different people. In this case, the one lady always has the other person's "Mail To" address show instead of hers. What could be causing this. No others are experiencing this type of issue. We use a local SBS2011 Exchange 2010 server.

It should be:

From: Jane Doe (Mail To: JDoe@contoso.com)

This does not happen all the time either . .. .

Hi,

Does this issue happen with reply emails sent from all vendors outside of the company or just a certain one?

Have you checked the reply email from OWA? Does it show correctly in OWA?

If possible, please have the vendor reply using web mail interface and then check if this issue persists.

Please let me know the result.

This only appears to be happening to a couple users (I thought before that it was only one; however, we found one other) and only when they have sent an email (or replied to an email sent to them) from a user external to our organization. I have asked that they contact the person's having sent the message to see if their sent message shows the same issue or not.

I have not checked the user's OWA view of their mailbox and the messages in questions but will have that answer after the holidays. Thank you for your suggestions on trouble shooting this.
