Outlook nodes (inbox, deleted, junk, drafts) cycles up and down in menu

I've had this problem for a while, where the 'Inbox', 'Deleted Items', 'Drafts' and 'Junk Email' nodes cycle of switch places whenever I select them (both via mouse or keyboard). Say I wan't to go to my inbox, I click 'Inbox' in the menu, but instead of changing to the inbox view, 'Inbox' switches place with 'Drafts' and the drafts view is what I see:

I've tried to repair, uninstall + reinstall, and removing and readding the account but nothing Works. I really hope someone has a solution...

Hi,

Have you tried testing this issue in Outlook safe mode? Exit Outlook, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /safe and press Enter. If this issue would be gone in safe mode, it's more likely that this issue is caused by a problematic add-in. Please go to File > Options > Add-ins and disable suspicious add-in to resolve the issue.

If above doesn't work, we can also try starting Outlook with /resetfolders and /resetnavpane switches to see the result. To do this, exit Outlook, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /resetfolders (or outlook /resetnavpane) and press Enter.

Please let me know the result.
