PST is a data file which stored your mail, contacts, calendar etc. The error means Outlook cannot find the pst your previous used. The might be caused by two reason commonly:

1. You've changed PST file somehow, please locate your pst file and re-open it via Outlook. (In Outlook, File > Open > Open Outlook data file)

2. You've got the PST file but it had been corrupted. Try to fix it through SCANPST tool. This is a official link which may help you. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287497
