Hi,
Please make sure the Exchange account has been set correctly in your Outlook 2013.
To do this, please go to FILE > Account Settings > Account Settings and check if the Exchange account has been
set as default there. Also check under the Data Files tab, make sure you are using the correct data file.
We usually use
Open Outlook Data File instead of Import pst file to get the old emails. To do this, go to FILE > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File, and then find the pst file, click OK.
Please try to test with
Open Outlook Data File in a new mail profile and check if the issue persists.
In addition, little confused about the mail box drops from the send receive option. If above wouldnt help, please provide more information about this
issue, Ill follow up on it.
