Outlook mailbox junk mail issue

I am used to access my outlook 2013 web app mailbox but from the last few days, some of the mails are coming as a junk mail that were earlier coming as normal mails .The mails from those email id's are going from junk mail to quarantine list and then in the mailbox as 'quarantine@messaging.microsoft.com'.However, i turned off the automatic filtering and there are no mail id's listed in the blocked senders list. 

How can i make those mail id's to come to my inbox directly instead of getting it as a quarantine message in my inbox.

Hello Nikhil,

The Outlook extensibility model doesn't provide anything for that.

I'd suggest asking non-programming questions on the Outlook IT Pro Discussions forum instead.
