Outlook logon issue

Outlook 2013 Online mode Exchange CU6

One user can't log on Outlook due to below error. OWA access is OK

"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window failed to logon Exchange Server"

By using other PC, created user's profile, it's same errror.

I think it's coming from user's credentials for account, any soulution?

For Exchange 2013, Outlook has to construct the profile based on the results of Autodiscover.  Run Test E-mail Autoconfiguration (Ctrl-click the Outlook icon in the system tray) and enter the user's credentials to see what comes back.

Additionlly note

Discovered that in user profile setting had the Exchange 2010 CAS server name which was decomissioned

Even I removed that CAS server name and filled in the GUID in this user profile' setting,

and it's been changing from GUID to 2010 CAS server Name...

Where is the mailbox?

Exchange 2013 CU6 is no longer supported. You are badly out of date. Therefore the first thing I would do is update your server - you should be on either CU8 or CU9 (preferably CU9). In my experience this resolves a lot of problems with the server.

If the problem follows the user to another machine, the first thing to always check is that permission inheritance is enabled on the user account in ADUC. I see time and time again where this is not enabled and it causes problems with Exchange.

Agreed that the Exchange server is quite out of date and it needs upgrading. As you are finding that this only happens to this one user, you can open up the user details in ADSIEdit and compare the non-user-specific Exchange properties against a working user. If this fails then you can disable the mailbox, delete the user account, recreate them and then reconnect the mailbox. This last one can be quite a bit of work but you can use a script that I've created to do this for you although it will export and then import the mail from PST rather than disconnect and reconnect the mailbox. See here: https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/exchange/Recreate-mailbox-on-084b663f.

Thanks.

It's solved after moving user's mailbox to another DB which connected to ex2013 server.
