Outlook junk email group policy
My company has a spam device that is supposed to tag spam and sentdit to a user's Outlook Junk Mail folder. Although the subject line is getting tagged with a "Suspected Spam" message, it is still making it through to their Inbox. Can someone suggest how I may create a custom group policy which states that all emails containing "Suspected Spam" in the subject line goes straight to a user's Junk Mail folder. I am able to create such a rule on my own Outlook, but would like to push that out to all our users at once. Sorry, as I am a little new to group policies, and I do not see that as a predefined object already built. All that I see in Group Policies is an option to adjust the Junk Mail filter. We are using Exchange 2003, with a mix of Office XP and 2003 to the endusers. Any help would be appreciated, included recommended websites on how to do such. Thanks, mlc9

Abetter approach would be to set the SCL (if possible)on the mail to a value higher thanstore actionthreshold and then the store would route it to the junk folder. Lasse
