I don't know what is the problem with my Outlook, but I can open the email icon but everything looks like the first day I register. No contacts (Address Book). No previous emails, no saved emails and of course no new emails.

What OS are you using? Does this happenevery time you launch Outlook (i.e. all changes are lost)? Can you access your mailbox thru OWA or on another computer?

I would say to check your Outlook Profile on the client as I think you only have an empty PST opened Deli
