Outlook issue

Hi All,

We have a domain user who is unable to see any calendar items, tasks or messages listed under the parent (abc@domain.com).

All these entries can be viewed under calendar, tasks or inbox . ost file has been renamed no luck.

Please find the screenshot to get better idea. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi,

It's an image of the "Outlook Today" in your post, have you tried to customize it?

Click on the "Customize Outlook Today" button on the top right corner to customize Outlook Today:

Make sure you have selected the items you need to make them display.

Hi Melon,

Customize option already tried and it does not display anything. It does work for me when I login, any user specific info that got changed ?

Hi,

We can test if the problem persists in Outlook Safe Mode:

Press Win + R, type "outlook.exe /safe" in the Run dialog, press Enter.

If there is no such issue in safe mode, please disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which one caused the issue.

You can also setup a new Outlook profile, check if the problem was caused by a corrupted profile.
