My computer has MS Office 2003 and I am trying to get Outlook to work.  What do I need to do?

basically Outlook 2003 is not supported by a current Exchange 2013 Update (see also https://technet.microsoft.com/library/ff728623(v=exchg.150).aspx ). While you still may try to create a Public Folder and do some customization, I strongly dissuggest to try to connect via Outlook Anywhere as you will get additional side effects.

If you really need to connect using Outlook 2003, I suggest you enable the IMAP4 services. Then you can connect using IMAP/SMTP.

What are you trying to get outlook to connect to?  also, you asked this question in the Exchange Forums, you might be better off asking it in the office forums.
