Outlook hangs
Hi, We have exchange 2010 servers with DAG . Our users start the outlook , some users are facing slow outlook responce and getting frequntly notification that outlook is trying to retrive data from the Microsoft Exchange server. What kind of problem should be? Please help me to resolve this issue. Users are with local office and remote office too. Thanks!!!!!

First I would do "test connection" and "test e-mail autoconfiguration"(taskbar>ctr+left click on outlook icon). Second I would perform "performance troubleshooter" on the EMC. Third, I would make sure that processor is <80%, pages/sec is <22, and avg. disk queue length is <2. Finally, check the event logs.
