Outlook for iOS won't sync email in subfolders

Hello,

We have an Exchange 2010 Standard server.

In my Outlook 2013, I have a number of subfolders in my Inbox.  All subfolders have email in them.

In my Outlook for iOS app, connected to the same Exchange server, I can see the list of my Inbox and subfolders.  Email loads fine into my Inbox.  However, emails will not load in the subfolders.  It just says "Loading..." but never loads the emails.

I've tried reinstalling the iOS app.  I've also tried clearing the cache in the iOS app.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Due to the lack of iOS experience, the suggestion I can provide may be limited.

Just like in Outlook 2013, please check if there is anything like a Send/Receive Group, if there is, make sure the subfolders are included.

Thanks for the reply.  There is no option like that in the app.  But I did delete the app from my phone and reinstall again and it is now working.  I have no idea why, as I didn't change any settings.
