A Security screen pops up and I cannot get Outlook to open.
Suggest you either provide a screenshot of what exactly appears or at least provide specifics about the content of what you're encountering (specifics = content as it appears <exactly> on your screen without any para-phrasing). Without that - anyone would just be guessing as to what you're referring to.
