I keep getting the error message can not connect to the server. Make sure you are connected or check your settings. I know I am connected as I receive emails. Any help?

Hi Gina, Which version of Exchange Server are you using for your Outlook 2011? Since Outlook for Mac 2011 requires Exchange Server 2007 or higher. If you are still using Exchange Server 2003, you have to continue using your Entourage 2008.
