Outlook emails not always readable in web page format
Ever sinceI got a new computer & had to reload my Small Business Office 2007 I've had problems reading some of my emails. Some don't come in withthe web pageformat like they used to....instead they have lines for every picture, etc. & if you click on this link it brings up that picture only. Some emails from the same places come in fine, other times it doesn't. If I open it on my home computer they're okay. It's just my new one. I've tried settings & can't figure out how to fix the problem. Here's an example: MyPoints<http://www.mypoints.com/z/er/bonusMail082007/MyPointsLogo.gif> BonusMail<http://www.mypoints.com/z/er/bonusMail082007/BonusMail.gif> <http://www.mypoints.com/z/er/bonusMail082007/spacer.gif> <http://www.mypoints.com/z/er/bonusMail082007/spacer.gif> <http://www.mypoints.com/z/er/bonusMail082007/spacer.gif> <http://www.mypoints.com/z/er/bonusMail082007/spacer.gif Read this BonusMail and visit the partner site Get 5 Points Respond to this offer Get 750 Points for one book or 2,000 Points for two books! <http://www.mypoints.com/z/er/bonusMail082007/spacer.gif> <http://www.mypoints.com/z/er/bonusMail082007/spacer.gif> <http://www.mypoints.com/z/er/bonusMail082007/spacer.gif> <http://www.mypoints.com/z/er/bonusMail082007/spacer.gif> <http://www.mypoints.com/z/er/bonusMail082007/spacer.gif> Free Shipping on Your 2009 Entertainment Book -- Buy Now <http://www.mypoints.com/emp/u/ma.do?mt=X4yGR1qzVBT8e4X__26aZ4v0DlqfxY6g &arr=s1> <http://www.mypoints.com/z/b/65257/spacer.gif> <http://www.mypoints.com/z/b/65257/spacer.gif> The Ft. Hi, What is the account that configured in your outlook? Is web page embed in the email body? Since the issue only occur to that newly install pc.Then I would like to recommned you to perform clean boot first. A Clean Boot will allow us to isolate any device drivers or programs that are loading at startup that may be causing a conflict with other device drivers or programs that are installed in your computer. 1) Run MSCONFIG.EXE. (MSCONFIG is a built-in tool for Windows XP\2003 systems.) 2) In the Services tab, click "Hide All Microsoft Services" and click "Disable All". 3) In the Startup tab, click "Disable All". Click OK. (This will temporarily prevent third-party programs from running automatically during start-up.) 4) Restart the computer and then check the issue. Then please try to open Outlook in safe mode. Besides, please try to exact the directory where stores outlook related data from AVG anti-virus application. Hope it helps. Xiu
