Outlook does not auto reconnect if connection lost in cached mode
In my organization we have one Exchange 2007 Server clustered with 11 Storage groups an databases. Outlook is 2003 configured for cache mode. Whenever the connection to the server is lost outlook does not automatically reconnect. Also, when it does try to reconnect it tries to authenticate to the Exchange server which is not a DC. Is there anyway to have it reconnect automatically?

Hi,Is Outlook inside the network?Does outlook anywhere configure on the client?What Server that outlook try to authenticate? Please check event 2080 and then post the detail information here.Also please post all the DCs which are in the same network with Outlook.Besides,please ensure that you have the latest update for Outlook 2003.Regards,Xiu
