Outlook delegates issue
One of my users is experiencing this error when trying to add delegates on his Outlook 2007 client: "The delegates setting was not saved correctly. Cannot activate send on behalf list. You do not have sufficient permission" We're using Exchange 2007 SP1. Should users experience this problem? I see there is a MS KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958443/en-us The article does state "After you follow the steps in this section, you may have to reconfigure settings that are related to the following features: Free/busy publishing Delegates Direct booking" So I wanted to check if anyone knew of other solutions before trying? Is it possible to add Delegates via the Exchange Management Console in any way? Any other less risky solutions?

To grant “Send as” permission to other user mailbox on server side, you can refer to the following article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd421860(EXCHG.80).aspx Hope this helps.
