Windows 8.1 MS office 2013, Exchange2013,

Converstaion history from Lync is only garbled in Outlook, outlook and OWA that folder only is garbled.

Any solution about that?

1. exit lync client

2. delete conversation history folder

3. close outlook

4. open outlook using  /resetfolders switch and check

If the suggestion above doesnt work, please try to delete Lync profile from the following path after exiting Lync client.

Local path:

%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync

Registry path:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\username@domain.com 

Then restart Lync and login to check this issue.
