Outlook connectivity to Exchange server

Hi guys

I've recently deployed Exchange 2013 Std as a stand-alone server.

Mailboxes I've created is accessible through OWA and can be set up on mobile devices, but Outlook keeps failing in the setup of these mailboxes, stating it should be online or connected.

What could be the cause of this, certificates?

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Ensure that you have enabled Outlook Anywhere at your Exchange server.

Hi,

I have noticed you had some similar threads in recently days .

According to the test results of below link, you should add autodiscover.domain.com and mail.domain.com into your third party cert.

https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/office/en-US/3f7323b7-ab34-4488-9f96-f0d5a938f35e/logging-on-to-mail-server-failed-within-outlook?forum=exchangesvrgeneral#10b815aa-293c-4bb9-9de2-b8bf6582f4e1

You are waiting the releasing 3rd party SSL cert in your last thread.

I believe outlook can connect successfully once you apply the third party cert.

Best Regards,

David
