Outlook connection to exchange server lost

Hello,

my outlook 2013 cannot establish a connection to Exchange server (Office 365) since 8. july, here is what I tried:

1. reinstall MS Office

2. shut down firewall / antivirus

3. import registry keys from a user, who has connection

4. create new account - POP3-SMTP account was running, new exchange account not

5. create an account on colleague's PC - this account was working, also, I am able to connect through browser to e-mail and one drive, not able to connect to one drive through explorer view

Thank you for any help!

I am assuming that this is only happneing with one mailbox? If you create a new mailbox does Outlook connect to the mailbox without any issues? Have you compared your Outlook Autodiscover settings with another user that is working, using the Test E-Mail AutoConfiguration Test?

Have you treid to create a new Windows Profile to see if this corrects the issue? A good test would be to have this user login to another machine and test again.

I would start there.

Will.

Dear Will,

first thank you for your reply. When I created a new mailbox for my colleague, he wasn't able to log in and receive/send e-mails.

Using the Test E-Mail AutoConfiguration Test I received the following result:

Autoconfiguration was unable to determine your settings!

I will try the new Windows profile now and come back with a result.

Hello,

if you mean whether I am able to view my e-mail through browser then yes, I can access office 365, both e-mail and server (OneDrive).

Hi,

I understood the issue occurred on a specific user. I have noticed you created an account on colleague's PC and this account was working . It indicated your exchange server is working fine,

So the issue is related to your outlook side.
Please try to recreate a new profile for the problematic user.
If it doesn't work, I suggest we can ask a question in outlook Forum for more help:
