We're running Office 2007 SP2 / WinXP Pro OS / Exchange server environment and experiencing a challenge with just one workstation. This one workstation is having an issue where Outlook crashes unexpectedly (with no error reported) upon viewing another person's calendar. It happens sporadically, we can't seem to link any particular events - or calendars - with the crash. The user is then able to restart Outlook with no problem. Event Viewer does not provide any helpful info. We know it's not a problem with the user's local PC as the problem has occurred when using multiple PC's.

Could be rights related, I saw one instance where this happened and when they gave the user full ownership rights to the alternate users mailbox the issue disappeared. Then they had to back the rights down accordingly Other possibility is that the database has some errors within it that need to be corrected. If the above doesn't work then I would suggest that you A: Back the Database up, B: do an ESEUTIL /D and then C: do an ISINTEG -FIX. NOTE: these are offline commands that would require downtime.
