Outlook clients not syncronized with exchange 2007
Hi, Yesterday i took a snapshot in Hyper-V before partitioning using a third party software. Today i had to revert back to yesterdays snapshot due to some problems after the partitioning. Everything reverted as it should and everything seemed to work just as it should except i just realized that we did not get any new email in outlook clients. The mobile phones ARE synchronized with the exchange server. The OWA ARE synchronized with the exchange server. The outlook clients ARE NOT synchronized with the exchange server. The outlook clients are connected to the exchange server and says that all folders are updated but they are not really. Everything is running on a VM with SBS 2008 installed.

Hi, As you said “Everything is running on a VM with SBS 2008 installed”, do you mean Outlook and Exchange Server are installed on the same VM? If so, I suggest follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Manually update the folder to have a try. 2. If these folders are still not update, recreate a new profile to have a try. If not, which VM do you revert back, the VM for Exchange Server or VM for Outlook?
