Hi,

What kind of account do you use? Exchange or an Outlook.com(Hotmail) account?

If you are an Exchange user, you don't need to export and import the calendar. All you need to do after the new install is just to create a new profile and setup the account, then you will have access to the Exchange Server and get the calendar information.

If you use an Outlook.com(Hotmail) account(probably this is what you are experiencing), we also have methods to let you get your calendar information without exporting and importing.

For Outlook 2003, 2007 & 2010 users, we can configure Outlook to connect to an outlook.com email account via Outlook Hotmail Connector, the Outlook Connector enables two-way synchronization of e-mail messages, calendar items, and contacts between Outlook and Outlook.com:

Outlook Hotmail Connector 32-bit:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24677

Outlook Hotmail Connector 64-bit:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21305

For Outlook 2013 users, it's even easier. We just need to add the account to Outlook 2013 via Exchange ActiveSync, all your calendars will also be synced between Outlook and Outlook.com:

If I misunderstood anything, please feel free to let me know.

Regards.
