Outlook calendar...How to add an event or appointment without a border around it?

I'm using Outlook 2013 and was wondering how do you add an event/apppointment without having the border around it when you view the calendar? I work for a school district and one of the principals is wanting to send out their yearly calendar without the borders around every item in the calendar. Below is an example of how they want it to look. For example, on the 13th the Professional Day has borders but the specific times of the events do not. Or on the 19th there's just times posted without border or an event name above them. I think it's something with how the calendar events are entered but I haven't had any luck Googling it so far.

Thanks

Hi,

I can't see the image very clearly, would you please provide one with a higher quality?

Please switch Outlook to the VIEW tab and take the screenshot of the whole window of Outlook, so that I can see your view settings.

Please send the image to our email address:

Please add the url of this thread for easy tracking.

Hello,

I just sent an email with a better quality picture and I'll go ahead and add it here. I don't have permission to view their calendar in Outlook so I'm not able to open it. I'm just sending screenshots of what they're seeing.

What our user wants is for the boxes around the items that start with a time of day to be gone. So for example, on the 17th theyd like a box around School Picture Day, but the two times listed below to not be boxed in.

Hi,

Let's take the first entry on 17th for example, it has not been accepted by the calendar owner. While from the two entries below we can tell they have been accepted by the calendar owner, that's the difference.

We can't change this on Outlook as far as I can tell.
