Outlook anywhere very slow in coexistence mode (2013 & 2007)

We have exchange 2013 and exchange 2007 in coexistence mode. Microsoft exchange test connectivity site shows all green.

Problem I have is with outlook anywhere from outside especially for users that still reside on exchange 2007. It is very slow to connect.

I am using NTLM for both. Internally everything is fine. I tried disabling IPV6 on exchange 2007 server but that didn't help.

Would you please help?

how about your bandwidth from External?

btw just upgrade your outlook2007 to SP3 + November 2012 rollup for full support Exchange 2013
