Outlook and OWA search is not working

Hi,

The search is not working for many shared mailboxes and the mailbox is in exchange 2013 server.

This issue is started  after the migration but not as soon as the migration.

Issue is both in OWA and Outlook

In server DB content index are all healthy

Not sure what we can check..

kindly help to resolve this..

You can check the event logs for errors to do with the Exchange search services. If you're not finding any, you can increase the logging level for search related events.

Use Get-EventLogLevel to get a list of event categories then use Set-EventLogLevel to increase the log level.

Hi Pradeep,

Please try to rebuild an Index on Exchange 2013 for Specific Databases:

Please restart Microsoft Exchange Search service or reboot the Exchange server to have a try. Then collect any event logs as Mark said and post error logs here for further analysis.
