Outlook Web Access stuck at Loading...
Hi, I suddenly am unable to see my email in OWA. When I bring up the client and log in, the folder information seems to update, but the panel that normally displays the email topics simply displays "Loading.." I am running Vista 64 SP1 and Office 2007. Any suggestions about how to troubleshoot this issue would be appreciated.

Please clarify the following info for troubleshooting: 1. Are you an end-user or exchange administrator? 2. Is there same symptom when you browse OWA on both of intranet and internet? 3. Which exchange and windows server version do you use? [For Ex Admin] 4. How many users encountered this symptom so far? [For Ex Admin] Possible resolution on client side: 1. Check "security" tab in IE. if you added OWA website to a security zone like "Trusted Sites", but "Active Scripting" has been disabled for that security zone in "customer level" button. Same symptom will happen. 2. Check if a language is not specified in IE. go to "tools"->"internet options"->click "language" button->add language if there's not one before 3. disable temporarily all your firewalls for testing 4. Reset the default settings for IE <"tools"->"internet options"->"advanced" tab->"reset"> 5. go to "start"->"run"->typed "regsvr32 C:\systemfolder\System32\msxml3.dll" "regsvr32 C:\systemfolder\System32\msxml.dll" Known issue KB with same symptom [For Ex Admin]: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/280823 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;823175

5. go to "start"->"run"->typed "regsvr32 C:\systemfolder\System32\msxml3.dll" "regsvr32 C:\systemfolder\System32\msxml.dll" Those 2 lines really saved me today. Thank you very much!
