Outlook Web Access keeps asking for login credentials
I have a couple of PC's that when attempting to open Outlook Web Access using IE keeps asking for users name and password. If you press escape then refresh it lets you in. It's driving me crazy!Nu

Since it is only happening to a few users I would check the IE settings. YOu may want to configure your OWA url as a trusted or Internal site. This will then allow automatic login given that you have the security settings lower or customize the security settings. Also, happened before...you might have a message in their inbox that is sitting at the top which for some reason prompts for login everytime...make sure they do not have a common message that could be cuasing the issue...

Hi Nu,If you don't wanto to enter username and passwordwhen you log on to OWA, please check:1) the anonymous authentication is enabled on Default Web Site2) the windows authenticatation is enabled on OWA virtual directory3) add the OWA URL tolocal intranetzoneFrank Wang
