Outlook Web Access emails not sent but in sent folder, can I find out when the problem started?
I have found out that my sent emails have not been recieved yet they have gone into the sent folder and no error message has come up to inform me of this. Is there anyway of finding out which ones were not recieved and/or the date of which this problem occurred? The problem has been fixed now but I still need to find out the above if possible and also why this problem occurred in the first place. Thanks.

Finding the reason why it stopped working after it has been fixed will be almost impossible. As will finding when the problem occurred. Event logs might tell you. Otherwise the only way to establish what was and was not sent would be to query message tracking logs for your account and see what is listed. Manual process and will depend on message tracking being enabled. Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources

Hi, Agree with Simon, I will look for message tracking to see where the problem is. For Exchange 2010, please see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997984.aspx For Exchange 2007, please see http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-2007-Message-Tracking-Part1.html For Exchange 2003, please see http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-2003-Message-Tracking-Logging.html Best regards, SerenaPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
